Appointments and Phone Advice
Appointments with the Solicitor handling your matter may be made at the office or by phone. We do see clients urgently without an appointment but it is more satisfactory for all concerned to make an appointment.
Advice may be given by telephone in appropriate cases. Where the telephone advice relates to a matter not covered by a scale fee, charges may be made for such telephone advice. Our Solicitors may be contacted out of office hours in relation to urgent matters. Where legal services are required but through age, illness or infirmity you are unable to attend our office, we will visit you at home or in hospital.
Legal Aid
We are happy to assist you in applying for Legal Aid and, where it is granted, to do all work necessary from beginning to end on a Legal Aid basis. If you are uncertain as to whether you have a problem, or whether you will qualify for Legal Aid, you should contact us and make an obligation-free appointment to discuss your problem. No fee will apply for this appointment.
